Yes we do take our clients to view the land. The clients however need to book in advance, and come to our office premises to pick up one of our staff, who^l ll take them to the desired land/view the site. Call +256-751523327 at least one day in advance for a booking. The client provides transport, we provide a sales agent.

After a client identifies a plot that they like, payment terms are negotiated with Synergy Properties. A purchase agreement is provided for the client to review. Upon the client’s acceptance of the purchase terms, the client signs the purchase agreement and makes payment for the land. The respective land title is issued together with a signed transfer form to the client upon completion of payment.
